  Made a purchase (as a gift) in-store. Due to availability, the item was not in stock. I proceeded to purchase the item in-store and paid the associated shipping to have the product delivered. I immediately received a confirmation notice (by email) which informed me the expected date of arrival. Today, the day of expected arrival, I receive the initial tracking notice form Canada Post indicating the item has been shipped from the distribution Center in Mississauga, ON. When I contacted indigo to discuss my concern, the agent confirmed the above details and that yes indeed this item was not shipped as indicated. As a result of this error, the item will be received 5 days later. The agent offered their apologizes for the error but indicated nothing could be done in this situation.
