I preordered a Galaxy Note 7 that their system notified me via Canada Post email was delivered, but after 5 days of calling, no one at the store could find it and referred me to contact Rogers. If not for Corp Customer service, would have given up on Rogers a long time ago. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. Several of them...
